The more Jesus does His work in you, and through you, the more those who have chosen the world would hate you.

Jesus said, “If the world hates you, know that it hated Me first. If you belonged to the world, the world would love you as its own. However, I have chosen you out of the world, and you don’t belong to the world. This is why the world hates you".-John 15:18&19.

Except Jesus isn't ment to be taken seriously???
GOD forbid. Everyone will hate you because of My Name. Still, not a hair on your heads will be lost. By holding fast, you will gain your lives.-Luke 21:17-19.

Can the world see Jesus in you? They sure can.
They know the truth, not as something they possess, but as something they lack.
The question is; when last did your life make a wealthy worldly man feel his sense of lack, and desire to have Jesus Christ as Lord???

A Letter to My Mother......

I know a lady who gave birth to 8 children, honestly speaking she is the strongest woman ever, and she goes for what she believes in. A successful business woman, an outstanding woman, a woman of prayer, she is supportive, very powerful, patient and so full of wisdom!

This woman am speaking about, her name should be in the dictionary as the definition of a virtuous woman and a woman of excellence. She protects her family just like a lioness. Everything about her is worthy, a friend indeed to many and a backbone to her family and a force to reckon with. She is a mother to a Nurse, A mother to a Lawyer, A mother to an Accountant and a mother to intelligent children in every aspect. She is not just a mother but a grandmother of 11grandchildren! What an honour to speak about you!

This woman is my mother, my friend, my prayer warrior and the wife of Alhaji, Col Abubakar Shittu. I remember her making sure we wore the best clothes during our growing up. She would make us stand out anywhere we appear. She made sure we attended the best schools, have the best toys and of cause ate the BEST foods. (Laughs)

Her life and character thought me how to accept the principle and life’s stages of endurance, a very patient woman at that. She taught me the true meaning of marriage, growing up I always admired how she respected, adored and loved my dad. I am so proud to say I have never seen her disrespect my father and that has always stuck in my memory.

She is a woman of vision and her trust in God is second to none than anyone I have ever known. My mother’s believe in God is so inspiring and because of that I have learnt to trust God no matter the circumstances.

Today mum, we celebrate your life, we celebrate your greatness, we celebrate your worth and all that you are and stand for. Your love for your children is amazing, we will always love you.
May God give you a long life to benefit from all your labour of love, suffering and constant help you have given your family not just your children.

Today Mother we hope you have an amazing birthday.

Bayo Daniels is a gospel singer and song writer. Hailing from a Christian family background, Bayo’s love for music has its foundation in having joined the choir from the tender age of 5 and playing the drums at his then local church. Much influence also came from his late Father who was also a music lover.

Growing up, Bayo had always invested in gospel music, a trait that has followed him till this very moment. He recalls buying his first gospel “cassette” titled ‘God With Us’ by Don Moen and also travelling miles away to Biltop Music Store in Lagos just to purchase the latest integrity or Hillsong CD.

Bayo’s passion for music continued to grow when he joined the choir at Winners Chapel Ota –Nigeria and served faithfully alongside Eben, Gbenga Oke and Taiwo Oladoye until he moved to London in 2004. Bayo Daniels is a worship leader at his local church, Winners Chapel, Dartford under the leadership of Pastor David Oyedepo (Jnr.)

His desire is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through his music.

Bayo Daniel’s debut project ‘The Walk’ due for release in 2015 is a collection of songs born from both his physical and spiritual walk with God. He once again recalls utilizing his lunchtime breaks to taking a stroll along the river Thames, worshipping and creating melodies where most, if not all his songs were birthed.  “The Walk” is produced by Samson Oliver of HOS Production and features Estah Adeyemi, Tayme Tee, Remi Odumesi, amongst others.

The song titled “Kabiyesi” off the album features Seun Are (son of Evangelist Bola Are) and Anuoluwapo Adetokunbo. This song recounts the goodness and awesomeness of the Almighty God. Bayo’s prayer is that as people worship God with this song, they will experience God in His fullness.

A Greater Calling!

Most times we get caught up in the "Now" and stuck with our "Past", forgetting that God has a bigger plan. A plan known to Him that we cannot even fathom, I love the verse that says “Call to me and I will answer and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come” Jeremiah 33:3. You must realise one thing, if God allowed certain people to walk out of your lives, no matter how hurtful it was and still is! This is because He is taking you to a place that they cannot go with you.

There is always a bigger picture, a bigger calling, which is greater than your pain, hurt and disappointments and that is God’s will. I have learnt to walk in the perfect will of God. Understand one thing, through all your failings, set-backs, betrayals and delays! There is a purpose and that purpose is greater!

If your brokenness hasn’t destroyed you, it only just made you stronger!
